呃、、根据目的不同有不同的计划、、一般先是对网球知识介绍和网球拍正确拿法、每节课的体能训练是必不可少的、但不能一上来就过量、要循序渐进、(有条件的话对网球比赛的知识多加了解)、基本步法也要从一开始练起、然后就是正手反手打球、每节课挥拍是必不可少的、不能让动作变形、变换方法进行正反手练球、像固定点、移动中、这一部分可能要花的时间会长一点、每节课、抽出程度较好的让他们进行对打、要在实践中拿到经验、有天赋的、基本上三个星期就能比较正常的打球、一个月中、每节课都要进行正反手训练、三个星期后、在保持原定计划的同时、向程度好的学生教授其他基本打法、、像是单反、上手发球、基本上这一个月就没了、、
