基本需要英语四级吧，而且口语要很流利，我的亲戚的孩子是一名乘务员，当初学英语超级难，为此没少下功夫，他的朋友让他去查一下经纬度教育，看看针对他的情况有什么更好更快提高英语的方法，学习的效果还可以，比自己自学效果好一些，毕竟有人监督着。

多数航司招聘不强制获取英语等级证书的，只有少数航司精英乘务员招聘场次会要求四六级，不过在面试中会有口语和机考方面的测试考核，且成功入职航司后也经常会有各种和英语相关的考试的，在面试前进行专业系统的空乘专项英语学习提升还是很有必要的。

每个航司的要求不一样！有的不需要！
