百度找个课件背下来就行了，试讲都是次要的，讲课的时候口语发音挺重要，然面试的人感觉发音很标准。小学教师面试简单的很，你有学历，经验，板书写的差不多，基本没问题

先选好要试讲的课文。然后将本课需要解决的问题一一列出。设计好听，说，读，写或环节的具体操作步骤。细化操作步骤是关键。最好能多想出实际情况中可能出现状况的多种应对方案。注意讲课的形式安排上，要结合小学生的特点。注意力集中时间不够长，对听和说更容易激发起兴趣和注意力。所以加强对听说环节的安排。并快速变换形式。还可适当安排针对教学内容的小游戏。注意照顾学生的参与面。让学生分组准备并参与练习。越多学生参与并得到练习越好，最好是每个学生都有机会练习到。
