Firstly think the English teachere must be kind-hearted.few of the English teachers look upon students those who give the wrong anwers.Istead of doing that ,she or he can,like let other student help correct it .secondly ring the class,when student are boring about listening to the teacher ,i think she or he can talk us a story or let us have a rest for several minutes and so on.At last,the most important thing is that the waying our english teacher taking .If the the way them choose are not popular in the class.In somewhat ,we are not interested in listening a boring lesson.what's more,teachers and students should become friends ,then it's conveninet for us communicate.And them should take care of those who are not good at Engli

可以写一下对这次培训的希望和想法，还有对于授课风格和内容的建议。比如：对于一些课程需要加入实际案例进行分析。以身边事、身边人、具体事来帮助学员加深课程的理解，深入浅出，引导学员听透所授课的内容。做到上一节课有一节课的效果。课程的选择上也可以加上实操性的东西。如：陈列、色彩搭配课就可以配上教具。让学员实际动手操作。这样可以增加课程的互动性，更有益于学员对抽象概念的具体理解。扩展资料书写注意要先阐明提出建议的原因、理由以及自己的目的、想法。这样往往可以使受文单位或个人从实际出发，考虑你的建议的合理性，为采纳你的建议打下基础。一般建议的具体内容要分条列出，这样可以做到醒目。建议要具体明白切实可行。提出自己希望采纳的想法，但同时也应谨慎虚心，不说过头的话，不用命令的口气。注意对事实的客观陈述，不加任何臆测，说理明白，不妄加议论。

如果专科读商务英语的话,第一年应该没有专业课程的,都学公共英语和其他课程,比如泛读,听力,写作等.到第二年才回学专业的商务课程,商务英语,精读,商务写作等. 只要是英语的课程都要好好学哦.我大学就是这样过来的.目前也没升本,因为工作忙.希望2年后再升吧.
