转眼间在这里学习的时间结束了，接下来等待自己的就是求职之路。因为在这里学习了5个月，所以相对没有来讲找工作我还是有多少底气的。在我看来有一定的能力才是最厉害的技巧，毕竟以不变才能应万变，就像一个皮球可能会被人踢来踢去，但换做铁球呢？而在信盈达学习助长我们不少的能力，所以开始好好学习还是十分有必要的。例如我曾经有一个8000的面试机会，不过对面要求要会简单英语交流，在大学学习大英的时候谁会料想到会有这样的机会，于是自己只能放弃了这次的机会了。言归正传，当你已经有面试的机会，对于应届生而言需要注意的是什么？就我的面试经历而言，我认为企业要不要录取这个人无非就二个词，能力和稳定。能力自然不用说了，尤其是做技术的，企业招聘你就是想通过你的能力为它创造利益，创造价值。所以首先你的能力要符合企业的招聘需求。例如自我介绍的时候，只说姓名、年龄、爱好、工作经验，这些在简历上都有。其实，企业最希望知道的是求职者能否胜任工作，包括：最强的技能、最深入研究的知识领域、个性中最积极的部分、做过的最成功的事，主要的成就等，所以在自我介绍的时候，除了简历上的东西，也可以自己附加一些。比如去一个主要和单片机打交道的公司，可以在自我介绍的部分加上你对单片机开发的热爱，这些都可以和学习无关，也可以和学习有关，但要突出积极的个性和做事的能力，说得合情合理企业才会相信。有时，企业招聘除了硬性能力还要你的软性能力。总归一句话，在问话中，不要把你消极的一面体现出来，就算问到你的缺点问题也要想办法把问题转回到优点上。毕竟企业都喜欢诚实、不死板而且合群的人、有“实际行动” 的人。还有一点是稳定，有时不管你的能力再强再优秀，如果你对未来表现的不稳定的话，企业也同样不会录用你，尤其是应届生。例如企业问到你，你还没毕业学校上会不会还有什么事要你处理，如果你回答我的毕业设计还没有完成，我还会花点时间回学校去完成我的毕业设计之类可能会耽误工作的回答。就不要回答了，回答这类稳定性的问题应该明确地体现出稳定性。例如问你未来的规划、恋爱的经历、谈谈你对跳槽的看法和目前居住或者工作的地方，这些问题都侧面体现你的稳定性。古有云，道可道，非常道。可以用嘴说的明白的道理自然不会是永恒的道理。希望大家在实际面试中，注意雷区，灵活表现，自然可以迈好走向社会的第一步。
