首先就要提高兴趣 如果自己不想学总是没有办法的 要不就是压迫自己去学，给自己定个计划，每天警告自己不学好的话会怎么怎么样，有了压力就有了动了了 要不就是弄点感兴趣的东西去学，比如英语大片，或者是英语歌曲之类的。 但是学习最忌讳的就是不坚持，只要坚持下去，无论哪种方法，一定周期以后，都会有收获的。
