After graduation,I think a good employee should have some good qualities. First,a good employee should be creative. During one`s work,he or she can be faced with many unpredictable challenges and problems.At that time,the ability to come up with good ideas is crucial. A creative person can take up different jobs and have more chances to be a manager . Second,an important quality which is generally needed is deligence.All the bosses like those can work and rest less,even those who never take a vacation.Of course you do not need so,but making more effort can lead you to success. These are what I think are very important.In a word,a good employee must have his or her own character,which can not be caught up with by others.
