These days, more graduates are able to speak and write than before. The reason is that, with the development of the economy, people are getting more and more chance to communicate with the foreigner. In the past, our educating system is not perfect; more students pay more attention to the written English. They can write the English and learn the English grammar well, but they can not talk with the foreigner smoothly and express their idea clearly. Now in order to boost our economy, we need to do business with foreigner. More graduates are aware of they need not only write English but also speak English in such society. So they focus more on oral English training. They know if they master both well, they will have more chance to defeat their rival. In a word, oral English is important as written English.
