中国国际航空公司培训部成立于1991年12月，其前身是原民航北京管理局培训中心。国航培训部是对各类专门人才教学训练的国航培训基地。它位于机场高速公路东侧，距首都国际机场候机楼约一公里处，东临北京飞机维修公司，北接飞行总队。中国国际航空公司培训部乘务训练中心位于北京首都国际机场，是中国第一家培训空中乘务员的大型多功能训练基地。
