FOB shipping point 是卖家不负责运费 （freight cost），买家负责运费，即不包邮。FOB destination 就是卖家负责了运费，即包邮。两者最重要的区别在 transfer of ownership，所有权的转移。前者货物的所有权在卖家寄出的时候已经转移，后者货物的所有权在买家拿到商品时才转移到买家上。
