应该是用have吧 你这里的设已经是有了的，由谁谁兼任着，keep也不好，set 也不好，set 是摆着摆出来的感觉，没有有人任了的feel ，个人认为要have a manager 谁谁谁take part time 看你自己想表达什么意境了如果是想说有这个职位想招人，而跟人家说是谁现暂兼着，就觉得要用have set a ...如果只是说有现在的现状，那就用have a ...了 这样才像是一种状态，而不是在强调一个即将要变了的状况的一种动作性的set
