英语手抄报画法如下：
1、首先我们要在手抄报中间空白的地方写上“英语”的字样作为标题点明手抄报的主题，让人们一眼就能看明白。
2、沿着手抄报的周围画上一些英文字母，比如A、B、C、D、E、F等等。再给每个英文字母都画上一个可爱的小表情。
3、沿着手抄报的边缘画一个波浪形的边框，注意不要让边框的线条压倒英文字母的图案上方。
