众所周知用英文有五种表达方式,分别是:as everyone knows、as is known to all、well known、Everybody knows、everybody all knows。
1、as everyone knows
读音:英 [æz ˈevriwʌn nəʊz] 美 [æz ˈevriwʌn noʊz]
例句:Their judgment, as everyone knows, is not always right.
译文:众所周知,他们的判断,并不总是正确的。
2、as is known to all
英 [æz ɪz nəʊn tu ɔːl] 美 [æz ɪz noʊn tu ɔːl]
例句:As is known to all, Madame Curie won the Nobel Prize twice for her great scientific discoveries.She achieved her success by making experiments one after another.
译文:众所周知,居里夫人做出伟大的科学发现而两度获得诺贝尔奖,她是通过一个又一个的实验才获得成功的。
3、well known
英 [ˌwel ˈnəʊn] 美 [ˌwel ˈnoʊn]
例句:How can the BBC change the ending of such a well known story?

4、Everybody knows
释义:众人皆知
例句:Everybody knows this, but nobody wants to do anything about it.
译文:每个人都了解,但是,没有人去为此做点儿什么。
5、everybody all knows
释义:大家都知道
例句:Grand Canyon of course is so fabulous and everybody goes there and knows all about it.
译文:大峡谷当然非常奇妙,大家都会去那里参观,都非常了解。
