at the time和at that time含义，用法完全相同，没有加入比较的必要，at是介词不存在比较的必要，at that moment和at that time的区别为：意思不同、用法不同、侧重点不同。

一、意思不同

1.at that moment意思：就在那一刻;在那一瞬间

2.at that time意思：在那时

二、用法不同

1.at that moment用法：基本意思是“瞬间，片刻”，指很短的一点时间或一段时间; 也可指在某一事件发生的同时，即“就在那时，当时”; 还可指做某事的最佳“时刻，时机”。moment引申可指“重要性”。moment通常与介词at或for连用。

2.at that time用法：作“此刻”解，常与现在时态连用; 也可作“那时”解，常与过去时态连用; 还可作“一…就…”解，此时可用作准连词，引导状语从句。

三、侧重点不同

1.at that moment侧重点：at that moment强调瞬间

2.at that time侧重点：at that time强调一段时间

例：

My English grade was very poor at that time.

（那个时候我的英语成绩很差。更强调”段时间“）

注：

at the time 译为”在那时、当时“，在句中作为状语，与”at that time“差别不大，所指时间均为”段时间“。

at that moment 注重的是那个时间刻，而at that time 注重的是那个时间段，其实两个没有太多的区别，不用分那么细 都可以用。

许多人以为at the moment只能用来表示“现在；此刻”，用于一般现在时，这并不符合英语实际使用的情况。事实上at the moment除了上述含义和用法之外，还有别的含义和用法moment 用法ABCmoment的意思是“片刻；瞬间”，常与介词at ,for或副词ago, later 等构成固定的短语，作时间状语。1. at the moment 意为“此刻；现在；一时”，相当于时间副词now或短语right now, 常用来说明目前的状态及正在发生的动作。例如：I know his address, but I cannot remember it at the moment. 我知道他的地址，可这时我记不起来了。2. at that moment意为“在那时；在那一瞬间”，相当于at that time, 表示过去某一特定时刻发生的动作，常用于一般过去时。例如：At that moment Wei Hua was watching TV. 在那时魏华正在看电视。3. for a moment 意为“一会儿；暂时”，常用在含有一般现在时、一般将来时或一般过去时句子中的谓语动词之后，说明动作的延续性。例如：He stood there for a moment and went in. 他在那儿站了一会儿，然后走了进去。4. a moment later 意为“片刻之后；一会儿之后”，相当于after a while, 常用于一般过去时，作状语。例如：A moment later, the Class 4 runner fell and hurt his leg, but he quickly got up and went on running. 一会儿之后，四班的赛跑运动员跌伤了腿，但他迅速爬起来，继续向前跑。
