一般是bad signal因为信号好是good signal，反过来应该是对应的但poor signal 也是可以理解的，没什么太大对错问题。也就是两个都能用~bad常用一点希望能帮到你！

我觉得用poor 表达＂信号差＂这个意思更为地道。整个句子可以说 i got poor singnal here. 或者直接说 Poor signal！这个比较口语。楼上说的 out of service 是比较常用的，用signal靠＂信号＂这个意思有点中式英语的感觉。
