国内的心理学就是一个浆糊，很多词都没有统一的标准。自我意识，这么一个重要的概念也是。 到底哪个所对应的是自我意识的英文呢。 按照心理学习惯self-consciousness应该是翻译成自我意识的吧；self-awareness应该是自我察觉，其实后者更倾向于我们中文里面自我意识的涵义。self-conciousness指的是（处于）意识的状态，而self-awareness是保持对自身特点、状态等的觉察和关注。
