银行协议扣款- The bank agreement to cut payment 冲正- flushes 银行冲正是指由操作员发起的，对已经成功记账的交易进行撤销的过程。而自动冲正则指由系统发起的，对不确定交易的撤销过程。 一般说来，冲正交易状态主要有三种：成功、失败和不确定。 自动冲正机制的使用原则和常见形式 自动冲正的滥用会导致账务的混乱，因此，自动冲正机制只有在某一方记账返回超时，银行方无法确定其记账结果，存在出现单边账的可能时，才可以采用。自动冲正的常见形式主要有两种：实时自动冲正和批量自动冲正。 １．实时自动冲正 ２．批量自动冲正 批量自动冲正是指当某一方返回超时时，系统不立即进行冲正，只记录此次交易中的一些关键字到特定数据库或文件中，在某一特定时间集中到某一方完成的自动冲正。在实际应用中，进行批量自动冲正的时间可以是单个时间点，也可以是多个时间点。对多个时间点可以通过参数设置一个频率，自动冲正程序根据此频率定时发起一次批量自动冲正。批量自动冲正主要应用在批量转实时代扣业务中，由于这种业务在处理过程中不会与操作员进行实时交互，所以可以选择滞后冲正。 自动冲正机制的采用，不仅大大降低了单边账出现的可能性，而且最终表现为代理业务系统的安全性、稳定性和易使用性。开发人员在进行实际系统的设计开发时，还有一些细节需要加以考虑，比如，自动冲正后是否由系统重新发起交易等。
