沙拉是英语Salad的译音,我国北方习惯译作“沙拉”,上海译作“色拉”,广东、香港则译作“沙律”。如果将其意译为汉语,就指的是凉拌菜。沙拉曾经在80年代风行一时,那时人们开始在家里做这道在饭店里很受欢迎的菜了。 它只是一种菜,就像我们做的凉菜一样,不过做法独特,每种沙拉就像我们做的各种菜一样,只是配料不同而已。 吃沙拉讲究3C,就是Cold冰冷、Clean乾净、Crispy滤乾,生菜要充分沥乾水分,才会爽脆。在餐厅吃沙拉方法有两种,一是类似BUFFET百汇方式的沙拉吧,「All You Can Eat!」随兴吃到饱!只要别把两种酱汁淋上同一盘面,或是贪取沙拉菜堆高到掉下来,进食时稍微注意一下仪态别大口猛咬、嘴巴塞著沙拉时别急著说话,礼仪上大致不会出什麼问题,另一种就是类似西餐前菜的沙拉盘了,由主厨设计调配,在套餐里,有时会规划两种不同风味的沙拉可供二选一
