竣工验收直接用 Check and Acceptance 就可以，在国际项目上果然有些中式，但是也适用啦。如果是合同中，Acceptance 是对的，验收就是接收，竣工是中文四字表达需要，工程中接收有整体接收和部分接收，给合工程和分项工程接收，最终颁发接收证书 Taking-Over Certificate. 参见FIDIC条款。
