脱盐英文

反渗透脱盐的原理只能透过溶剂，而不能透过溶质的膜，称为理想半透膜。将一种浓溶液与半透膜相接触，当在浓溶液侧施加一个超过溶液天然的渗透压的压力时，溶剂就会流过半透膜，在相反的一侧形成稀溶液，这一过程就称为反渗透。反渗透脱盐就是在膜的盐水侧施加一个大于渗透压的压力，使盐水中的水流向纯水侧，收集起来，即生产出纯净水。阻垢剂能在设备表面形成保护膜，阻碍污垢生成。反渗透膜的结构目前，水处理用的反渗透膜的形式主要有板框式、管式、螺旋卷式和中空纤维式等几种。最常见的是螺旋卷式膜元件。它是由几张片状膜围绕一根开有孔的聚氯乙烯或聚丙烯中心透过管卷绕而成，每张膜之间由薄塑料网隔开。进水由侧面进入，在隔网沿中心管平行方向流动，水从两侧的膜透过，沿着卷膜的方向，旋转流入中心集水管，形成产品水。阻垢剂能在设备表面形成保护膜，阻碍污垢生成。

渗透现象在自然界是常见的，比如将一根黄瓜放入盐中，黄瓜就会因失水而变小。黄瓜中的水分子进入盐水溶液的过程就是渗透过程。如果用一个只有水分子才能透过的薄膜将一个水池隔断成两部分，在隔膜两边分别注入纯水和盐水到同一高度。过一段时间就可以发现纯水液面降低了，而盐水的液面升高了。我们把水分子透过这个隔膜迁移到盐水中的现象叫做渗透现象。盐水液面升高不是无止境的，到了一定高度就会达到一个平衡点。这时隔膜两端液面差代表的压力被称为渗透压。渗透压的大小与盐水的浓度直接相关。反渗透技术是当今最先进和最节能 有效的膜分离技术。其原理是在高于溶液渗透压的作用下，依据其他物质不能透过半透膜而将这些物质和水分离开来。由于反渗透膜有膜孔径非常小（仅10A左右），因此能够有效地去除水中的溶解盐类、胶体 、微生物、有机物等（去除率高达97-98%）。系统具有水质好、耗能低、无污染、工艺简单、操作简便等优点。反渗透设备的系统除盐率一般为98-99%这样的除盐率在大部分情况下是可以满足要求的。在电子工业、超高压锅炉补给水、个别的制药行业对纯水的要求可能更高。此时单级反渗透设备就不能满足要求。反渗透技术通常用于海水、苦咸水的淡水；水的软化处理；废水处理以及食品、医药工业、化学工业的提纯、浓缩、分离等方面。此外，反渗透技术应用于预除盐处理也取得较好的效果，能够使离子交换树脂的负荷减轻松90%以上，树脂的再生剂用量也可减少90%。因此，不仅节约费用，而且还有利于环境保护。反渗透技术还可用于除水中的微粒、有机物质、胶体物、对减轻离子交换树脂的污染。延长使用寿命都有着良好的作用。反渗透是目前高纯水制备中应用最广泛的一种脱盐技术，它的分离对象是溶液中的离子范围和分子量几百的有机物，反渗透（RO）、超过滤（UF）、微孔膜过滤（MF）和电渗析（ED）技术都属于膜分离技术。近30年来，反渗透、电渗析，超过滤和膜过滤已进入工业应用，发展很快，在半导体、集成电路制造工艺中、食品、医药工业中，通常将反渗透作为高纯水制备中的脱盐，超过滤则多作为制水系统的后处理，膜过滤则用于水处理的预处理和后处理，用于过滤微粒和细菌。
