Dr. Chang was the Chief Technology Officer of Infoseek and Vice President of Strategy of Go Network, before its acquisition by Disney. A mathematic graduate from Harvard, Dr. Chang holds a PhD. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Chang was associated with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory where he had mapped a genome and invented a protein sequence search methodology. He was also involved with a contextual advertising product at Sentius Corp. and founded Affini, Inc. Baidu.com has been losing ground since the open Thursday's session and is down $4.00 at $122.53.
