好严重的chinglish语病。。。1、fight with poverty表达的意思是用贫困来干什么或者与贫困并肩作战，你要译的是挣扎在贫困线上，应该译成are fighting against poverty；栖息之所不是rest room，是shelter；have not stable shelter 表达有语法问题，要不就是don't have stable shelter或者 have unstable shelter，看你要表达哪个意思；Why not+做什么，如果why 要跟don't 就要why don't+人（如why don't we…），二选一； 帮他们干什么呢？去远离“贫困”，表目的用不定式，help them to； away不是动词是副词，不能这样用，要说get away；limit是动词这里有限的是形容词，改成limited；有限资金是特指某一笔资金，所以加上定冠词the。。 最后，句子应该改成：Many people are fighting against poverty. The lack enough food and don't have stable shelter.
