当作“接管，接替”时：replace somebody of something(work/position)当作“在……花费”时：spend money/time on something(shoping/discuss/research)

一般“接管”用词组take over。有时会用 take over the charge(control) of。 要表达“a 对 b 的接管”，就是： 1、 a takes over b 。在这里，b一般是账务、工厂、工作、权利、机构等管理对象。 2、 a takes over the charge(control) of b 。其实这里与前边稍有不同，这里的a接管的是b的管理对象，而不是b本身。有时会见到takes over the management of ，其实都是一样的。 所以最关键的在于动词词组take over。换成被动语态的话，就是be taked over。
