油性皮肤要慢慢条理,我之前也是很严重的油性皮肤,很容易长青春痘.一直到22岁都没办法完全恢复.后来用的是AVON的矿物质控油面膜,(浅绿色的塑料瓶子,具体什么名字记不住了),但是AVON是有个系列专门条理油性皮肤的.用完了一支以后就好了很多，毛孔也小了.这个绝对不是打广告,因为感受很明显，而且我家里很多面膜,这一支是最快用完的,但是用完之后就没有买新的了.楼上的用凉水洗只能是收缩毛孔,也不是完全正确.正确的应该是用温水洗净,让毛孔张开,然后再用冷水洗一次,这样才能收缩毛孔.保湿的理论是正确的.因为油性皮肤其实是极度的缺水,皮肤为了保护水分不流失,才会分泌更多的油脂来保护皮肤.所以当皮肤开始出油的时候其实就是皮肤极度缺水的时候了.建议你平时准备一瓶补水的喷雾.其实最重要还是多喝水,也最有效.保湿面膜一个星期一次,牌子的话就不推荐了,市面上很多效果还是可以.慢慢条理吧,不要急,但是油炸食品一定不能吃了,我是坚决忌嘴的.PS:看到了后面同学的回答还有疑问，我就修改答复来解释下：所谓“AVON“就是通常大家说的“雅芳”啦...我不是故意要秀英文的，只是觉得英文打起来方便点。“雅芳，明天更美好”，呵呵改完之后发现自己的回复跑到后面去了！！怎么回事！我才是三楼啊...
