The supplier shall bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the legal provisions if the technical supervision department agreed by both parties proves the loss or claim were caused by the quality defect of the supplied goods. The supplier is liable for satisfying the requirements and specifications of the business set by the Buyer and confirmed by the Supplier in writing.
