Q1:I think the answers can be divided into several points :first ,the large corporation can offer the employee the good work environment ;second,it also have some training class,it's very good for the greenhand to get some relative knowldge about the work then,it'll be very easy to join the new working term ,and others ,the employee can get well welfare benefits and salary 。Q2：Regarding the plans are nothing ,it means if you have plan ,but you don't make any effort to do it ,the plan is just the plan you made before ,you'll get nothing finally ;which if you make your effore to make your plans become true ,you not only get the things you want ,maybe some other things together .of course , planning is everything. Q3:I think both of the two parts can make us imporve our ability . administrative functions teaches us how to think ,while the technical functions teaches us how to do .If you want to get high ability for yourself ,you must know the relationship of the two points and know how to use .We also can think like that :if you want to be a good administrative person ,you must know the technical functions that is how to do the work in the company .Do you think so ?

For large corporation can provide a stable working post for its staff with a relatively high salary, so young people will be interested in it. Besides, in a large corporation, young people is more promising since they can develop their ability through the disciplined by the large company than in small firms. Finally, large company may provide its staff with a better welfare. therefore, a large corporation is surely a good choice for young people. However, planning is important.Everything needs planning for with it you will know better about what the next step you should take. Doing business just the same, sales, promotion or cooperation with others needs planning. Only in that case a business can operate well. Q3:Frankly to say,both of the two functions are quite crucial.Once lacking either one, the business cannot run well. However,in my opinion,administrative functions can bring more quality gains. For example,manufacturing indeed needs the advanced technology a lot,but good administrative function makes it perfect.With disciplinary management,the working efficiency can be increased,so quality can be guaranteed. Even if the technology is not so good as the administration, every process in the manfacturing is under rigid supervision.Therefore,more quality gains can be achieved.
