一、基本信息：
Length属性返回此实例中Char对象的个数，而不是 Unicode字符个数。原因在于一个Unicode字符可能会用多个 Char 表示。使用 System.Globalization.StringInfo 类来处理每个 Unicode字符而不是每个 Char。
二、微机原理：
LENGTH是汇编语言里的一个运算符，如果一个变量已用重复操作符DUP说明其元素个数，则利用LENGTH运算符可以得到这个变量中元素的个数，如果未用DUP说明，则LENGTH得到的结果总是1。
习惯用语：
at arm's length 在手臂伸得到的地方；(保持)一定的距 离；疏远。
at full length 极为详细地全身平伸地；挺直地。
