我国参照国际海上保险惯例，亦在船舶保险条款中规定了条款。其主要目的是要求被保险船舶不能从事海上拖带或救助服务；不得与他船（非港口或沿海使用的小船）在海上直接装卸货物，包括驶近、停靠和离开；禁止被保险船舶从事为拆船或为拆船出售目的的航行。
