一、指代不同

1、shipper：托运人。

2、consigner：交付者；委托人。

二、用法不同

1、shipper：Shipper 这个词，也源自Relationship (关系与恋情)由此造出来Relationshipper（多被简称为 Shipper）这个词，大意是指对影视剧以及文学作品里的某对男女恋情的热情盼望、期待、怂恿、拥护者。

2、consigner：the person who delivers over or commits merchandise交付或交付商品的人。

三、侧重点不同

1、shipper：侧重于是船运方面的发货人。

2、consigner：侧重于是其他发货途径的交付者。
