你可以先想一些中文的论据，然后再翻译成英文一辩：FIRST DEBATER 二辩：SECOND DEBATER 对方辩友，my fellow debaters 开始的陈词，Honorable judges, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen.....后来的部分就和一般的议论问差不多了。 然后加点题外话：陈述的时候一定要自信，把握好时间，如果到后来时间到，你却没陈述完的时候也要保持自信，微笑，不管他们，把话说完，所以陈述部分的最后几句一定要背熟练。别忘了说THANK YOU。 如果想要驳斥对方的逻辑，进行假设：according to your logic 反对 object to 观点 opinion 总结 summary 辩论常用短语荟萃 1. stating an opinion 陈述观点 a. in my opinion… 我的意见是…… b. personally I think…… 我个人认为…… c. 全国大学生英语辩论赛是全国大学生英语竞赛（NECCS）全国总决赛暨全国大学生英语夏令营中最精彩的活动之一，是体现全国大学生英语最高水平的比赛。
此辩论赛旨在考查辩手包括英语听说能力、论辩技巧及团队合作精神等在内的综合素质，进而培养大学生学习英语的信心和兴趣，为全国优秀大学生提供了展示才华、学习交流的舞台。
注意：
全国大学生英语辩论赛以“公平、公正、公开”为原则，各省（自治区、直辖市）选派三名最优秀的选手代表参赛，其中至少有一名女生或一名男生。辩论赛的评委团由国内知名英语专家、国外英语教学专家组成。
选手们于比赛前一天抽签确定正反方，在辩论赛上场前30分钟抽签确定辩题。选手们只有30分钟的准备时间，这就要求每位选手必须有较强的语言及文化知识功底和灵活的应变能力。
通过评委团打分，评选出一、二、三等奖各若干名，并评选出最佳辩手若干名，并由全国大学生英语竞赛组委会颁发奖杯、奖牌和获奖证书。
