四、具体改进措施
1、钻研新教材,夯实英语基础。练习中很多学生"一看就会,一做就错",这种现象比较普遍,失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢,只有扎扎实实从基础做起,才能最终达到"一看就会,一做就对"。
2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的,而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的,因此,要加强理解语篇的能力训练,增强英语语感。
3、规范训练,改进>学习方法。要善于分析学生,找出学生的薄弱环节,合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。
在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野,多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息,加强语言运用能力的培养,少讲解,多给学生实际运用语言的机会,在用中学英语。
这次月考结束了,成绩很不理想。面对成绩,谈几点自己的反思。
1、学生的基础知识不够扎实,学生忘知识快,过去背的很熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。
2、学生的自学能力较差,听力就是他们的死穴,虽然一再强调听力的重要性,并明确告知他们仅仅靠上课时间练听力是远远不够的,而且从一开学就要求学生每天回家要坚持听磁带,但是学生还是认识不到听力的重要性,很难做到老师的要求。
3、理解能力不强,阅读理解失分较多,不能理解通篇大意,原因是词汇量少,即使是平时默写过的单词一到考试时又不认识了。
4、学生的应变能力差,不能熟练灵活运用学过的句型。
造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,但其中最重要的两方面是在于教师和学生本身。
1、教师虽然在备课中花了很多时间,但尚未寻找到适合我校生源的英语教学方法,但是各位老师还是积极、乐观地面对困难,并齐心协力地探索解决的方法。
2、学生懒。不愿背单词,词组和句型,不愿做题。
3、上课时注意力分散。
在今后的教学中,将采用多种手段,为了加强学生的主动参与,教学将面对全体学生,在学习过程中,要充分利用多种形式面向全体学生,既要让较好的学生有良好的发展空间,也决不放弃任何一个学困生。尽量多与学生谈心、家访、采用学生之间互帮活动等形式,引导这些学生跟上教学进程。帮助制定具有个性的学习>计划。学生英语成绩的提高,需要师生一起好好的配合,我将力争提高学生学习的积极性与主动性。

根据教材中的情境,真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境,英语教学中,老师根据课文的内容,老师设计对话与学生进行对话,这样就无形中发展学生运用英语交际能力,培养他们创新灵活运用英语的习惯。
2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力,鼓励他们大胆的说并运用到实际中去。
教师还可以利用插图来创设情景,培养学生的创新精神,让学生根据图画的内容编一段对话。学生会运用所学过的知识,编成各种对话,进行练习。这样既练口语,又练习听力。
二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛
在教学过程中,注重与学生沟通,让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感,只有对英语感兴趣,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩。刻板的学习,不仅会影响英语学习的效果,适得其反让他们厌恶学习英语。因此创造宽松、和谐的学习氛围有利于英语学习。
1、尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试。 要培养学生的创造个性,仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神,注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围,尊重学生个体,注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望,注意对学生的学习行为和学习结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价......
2、鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵,使自己听的见自己的声音,渐渐做到流利,顺畅。促进学生互相学习,互相帮助,体验成就感。
3、对于底子薄的或性格内向的`同学,降低他们的学习标准,当他们取得一点小小的进步,都要鼓励他们,让他们感到有成就感。
三、记忆方法
学习语言就是要开口多说,多记, 多背,只要功夫到家了,学习英语的困难就迎刃而解了。英语琐碎的知识点太多,每天都有新的知识点增加,这就需要学生多记,多背。这往往是学生最头疼的一件事。现在才初一,主要是以单词为主,如果连单词都记不住,更何况句型听力。
1、根据发音脱口而出单词,多朗读,重复多次,背会的东西容易忘,应隔三插五的再巩固。
2、背诵一个小对话,背会了用自己的话把它复述出来,这样增加学习英语的自信心。
3、把记不住的单词写在小纸片上,随时都可以拿出来看看,长期坚持,一定有成效。
虽然只有几个月的教学,但我深刻的认识到教师这个职业,不仅要有过硬的专业知识,而且要有爱心 耐心,更主要的是管理学生的能力。并不是每个人都能胜任教师这个神圣而又伟大的职业。作为初入教育行业的我,无论在教学经验上还是在管理上欠缺的东西太多。幸好学校给我分配了指导教师,在教学上给予我很大的帮助与支持,使我在教学方面不断的成长起来。自己还要积极进取,不断的提高自身素质,多听有经验老师的课,取其精华,并将其运用到自己的教学当中,不断反思自己教学中的不足,更新观念,更快的进步。
前几天英语考试的成绩下来了,成绩比以往提升了一些,因为英语成绩不是一般的差,所以每提升一点,都会特别兴奋。兴奋之余,也会分析一下成绩为何提高。
在考前几天,母亲在我不情愿下,硬是让我背了一个单元的单词。所以在之后的考试上有了提高。但那些扣分点,全都集中在课文背诵和句型的应用上,不禁对老师说的“课文很重要”又信服了几分。

10月10号—11号,我们文心高级中学高一年级举行了第一次月考——启航(一)。在客观冷静地分析了学生的英语成绩后,说真心话,心里面有点伤感,有点难过,有点痛,也有些不甘心。这几天以来,我一直在思考这一阶段的英语教学工作,反思和总结自己在教学工作中做得不到位的地方。
从学生方面来说,学生由初中升入高一,首先遇到的问题是英语教材中的词汇量巨增,语法难度加大。同时,高中教师几乎完全用英语授课。面对这种突变,学生感到不知所措,而且学生英语水平相差较大,他们来自不同的学校,原来英语老师的授课风格不尽相同。进入高一,他们不能再像以往那样,主要在课堂上被动接收教师传授的知识或机械模仿,而是通过多种途径,按照学习的需要,根据自身的特点,自主地去选择,去尝试,去探索,去发展。
从我自身来说,之前这些年我一直在莒县第四中学任教,期间历经了不同阶段不同英语基础的学生。数年前,教过英语基础较好的学生。最近这些年一直和英语基础薄弱的学生打交道,一直在想法设法地“教”这些学生,基本上以“满堂灌”的传统教学模式为主,多讲,多指导,多重复,多让学生练习。这学期到了咱们文心高级中学,一下子面对英语基础较好的学生(中考英语成绩较好),心里只想尽快培养学生较高的听说读写能力,从第一节课开始,我就尽量使用全英文授课,想给学生创设良好的课堂英语环境,没有顾及到学生的英语口头表达能力与听力水平。在这一个月与学生的相处过程中,我渐渐发现尽管这些孩子英语成绩不错,但是听说能力滞后,部分学生跟不上老师的教学节奏,听不懂老师的基本课堂用语或者指令,上英语课感觉有点吃力。了解这一现状后,我开始有意识地放慢语速,使用一些“body language”,做出相应的动作来帮助学生理解,在部分学生听不懂的情况下,适时地加以重复,告诉学生在英语课堂上要学会用英语表达自己的想法,学会慢慢适应老师的英文授课模式,英语不仅仅是一门工具,更是将来我们与别人交流的一门语言。
在学生的书写规范方面,我做得很不好。坦率地来讲,我自己的书写不好,所以在指导学生书写方面特别没有底气,而英语书写的规范在很大程度上决定了学生英语书面表达的得分档次。在本次月考中,我所带的两个班书写较好的人数较少,这和我的要求及疏于指导有很大的关系。我让学生练字,也有专门的书写练字纸,但是指导不到位,期间去北京学习两周,回来后也没有继续跟踪指导,这也是本次学生书面表达平均分不理想的原因之一。在今后的教学中,还要时刻渗透英语书写规范的要求,指导学生写出规范、漂亮、流畅的英语作文。
在学生的学习兴趣培养方面,我还做得远远不够。从第一节课的学生自我介绍,到学生写的英语文章,我清楚地意识到:真正喜欢英语学习的学生不多。经过观察发现,学生在课余时间更喜欢做数学题、研究物理、钻研化学、生物、阅读语文报刊等,有时候甚至在英语课开始之前还在热情洋溢地研究数学题,迟迟没有准备好相应的英语学习材料。这一切深深地刺痛着我,一方面可能是学生确实喜欢别的学科,另一方面也可能是其他学科的作业太多,学生不得已连学英语的时间也用上了。痛定思痛,我决定从培养学生的英语学习兴趣入手,多给学生阅读一些经典的英语短文,励志类、心灵鸡汤类的文章。我发现,学生还是比较喜欢这些精美的文章的。我们还在上英语课之前播放“走遍美国”,每天一集,几分钟的时间,让学生感悟地道的英语,同时了解西方文化。也使用了诸如英语名言、绕口令、单词接龙小游戏等,学生还是很喜欢这些活动的。在课间操时间,学生已经养成了带“掌中宝”大声朗读的习惯,而且效果还可以。但是这一切还远远不够,学生学习英语的热情和积极性还没有完全调动起来,尤其是个别英语基础薄弱的学生,他们单词掌握得太少,阅读障碍多,不会拼读新单词,对英语学习缺乏信心,这部分学生需要老师特别的关爱和单独的指导。目前比较困惑的是: 给学生单独指导的时间较少,只能利用答疑时间给他们点拨。
一、试卷评析
考卷总体来说,难度适中,既有对基础知识考核的环节,也有考查学生运用所学知识解决实际问题的能力,如写作题是关于环保问题。试卷紧扣教材,突出重点,更侧重于对双基能力的考查。
(1)选择填空考查得比较细,也很基础。主要考查学生对课本知识的掌握情况,知识覆盖面较广,较细,重点、难点突出。第十五题相对较难。
(2)完形填空与阅读理解取材都比较好,贴近现实,对学生很有教育,通过做这个题,读其内容,学生会意识到学习不仅仅在学校而校外的学习也很重要。
(3)书面表达与课本内容有着极大的相似之处,是对教材的深加工,做到了学以致用。比较贴近学生生活,也符合中游学生的实际水平。
二、学生情况分析
本次考试,从分数上看,比第一次月考好一些,但还是一般。从这次考试也看出一些问题,学生基础知识掌握不太牢,每个大题丢分都有。基础知识和基本技能不扎实,学生对一些基本词汇、语法、句型的掌握不够熟练。第一大题考查词汇,是识记题,平均分还不到6分。学生两极分化现象凸显。能考及格的大多能上70 分,而不及格的大部分在40分以下。
三、下一阶段努力方向
1、加强学生对基本词汇、语法、句型的掌握和实践。
2、加强对学生英语思维能力的培养及阅读、写作训练。
3、加强学生对基础知识的了解和记忆。
4、加强对基础差的学生的转化工作,提高他们的学习兴趣,缩小两极分化。
通过这次考试,深刻地体会到不仅要摸清学生存在的问题,更要从中找出平时自身教学中的不足,争取今后教与学的相互提高。
第一次月考已经结束,看着批改出来的学生试卷,我多了一份沉思和责任。本次考试让我更看到了自己前段教学中的不足,以及学生英语学习的薄弱之处。就本次考试做一个小结和反思:
小结:接手初三英语的教学对我来说是一个挑战,从未教过初三的英语,更无经验可谈,但我怀揣着一颗不断学习的心接手了初三的英语教学,与学生一起成长的态度对待每天的课堂教学。
一、班级及学生分析:
初三班级有26个学生组成,在本次的月考中最高分75分,最低分13分,大多数的学生都是50—60分左右,且有8个学生英语基础是相当的差。但在这次的月考中却有个学生有着很大的突破,上升了30多分,在考完之后他告诉我他每天都在坚持记单词、做题目,这让我看到了希望。
二、试题分析:
1、本套试卷的综合难度比较大,并且有10分的听力题目学生几乎是挺不懂的。
2、掌握较好的题型:单选、听力、完型填空。
3、掌握较差的题型:阅读、情景反映、翻译、单词的填写。
这也充分说明了学生在平常的学习和练习中缺少对翻译能力的培养,词汇量不足。阅读理解及回答问题方面显得不足。
三、存在问题原因及分析:
1、中等生对翻译和单词的填写感到非常的难,消除学生的这种心理,告诉学生翻译和单词的填写没什么大不了的,只需要在平常的学习加强词汇的记忆,坚持在每堂课中都板书出几个句子进行英翻中或中翻英,通过句子告诉学生翻译的技巧。
2、阅读理解。学生句子读不懂,问题读不懂、不清楚、以至答非所问,漏洞百出。究其原因:究其原因是平常见的少、做的少、所以失分较多,以后要多利用课文和练习让学生多练习、多实践,使学生做到每天做1—2篇阅读理解,久而久之英语的整体水平就上来了,促进了英语各方面的提高。
四、好的方法及措施:
1、“档案袋”式对的自己比进步:将自己平常的单词默写,测试成绩及试卷放入自制的“档案袋”中,时时查看,自己与自己比进步。
2、成立班级帮扶小组及进行比较:将所以学生按成绩分成6个学习互助小组,进行互相学习与帮助,这样有利于整体提高。
总体来说,这次的月考成绩不是很理想,无论是平均分还是优秀率与其它的学校存在一定的距离。
反思:其实,拿到这次成绩对我来说是一个促进,促我警醒、促我反思。
1、时间是质量的保证。前段时间在教学上花的时间,在学生身上辅导的时间严重不足。学生在平时学习中遇到的问题没能及时的讲解,慢慢的积淀,越积越多,以至于影响学生对知识的理解与掌握,最后势必影响考试成绩。
2、知识的讲授与巩固脱节。上课前,课堂中我几乎没有做到知识预设与生成,课后练习也未及时跟进。
3、与学生在一起的时间很少。几乎只有上课的时间才与学生在一起,但课堂的时间又是非常的有限,很难知道学生在英语学习上的困扰和不懂之处,不能及时的处理学生的问题,更难提高学生的学习英语的兴趣,在今后当多抽时间与学生在一起,对学生的问题及时处理,不要等到英语中等生对英语失去兴趣。其次,建立学生问题反馈渠道。
