英文名字是Tweedia和Southern star，日本人也称她为"琉璃唐绵"，大概是因为她的天蓝色，如琉璃一般纯净。
花语：蓝星花的花语，我很认同，只一眼就能感受到——"互信的心"。
株高30-80厘米，全株密被白色茸毛。叶对生，披针长心形，基部心形。花顶生或腋生，花瓣5，花色有淡蓝色和白色，花期春至夏。
