very much 不是这么用的...最简单也是现在最常用的long time no see

It has been long until last time I contacted you.

very much 是多余的.如果是你跟别人说,很久没有联络XX了, I didn't contact XX for (quite) a long time. we haven't contacted each other for (quite) a long time.如果是重遇某人,然后说我们很久没有联络了, We haven't contacted for such a long time. It seems to be years that we haven't seen each other.long time no see is chinglish. make sure you never say that.

如果写信，可以说 I haven't written to you for a long time. 打电话时说 I haven't talked to you for a long time. 也可说 I haven't heard about you for a long time. 也可说 I haven't contacted you for a long time. 最后一句较正式。希望采纳
