我以为选择了爱我的人，就不会离开我了，就不会在让我独自一人了，结果不是的。I once believed that now that I had chosen a person who loved me deeply, he would never leave me and let me stay alone, which proved to be a wrong conviction.

我以为通常用I think...来表达。如果要表达我原以为可以用I thought，不过I thought有虚拟（即假设不成立）的意思在内。比如：I think you are right. 我以为你是对的。I thought you were right.我原以为你是对的。（实际上你是不对的。）
