Above quotation is in US dollar base on exchange rate USD:RMB = 1: 6.1. When the exchange rate float up over 3%(including 3%), price should be requoted accordingly.说明：1)一般在外贸书信或条例中写到价格变动，最好不要用change；change是一种比较Chinglish的译法，并不是一提到价格变动就要直接翻译成change的。最适合的译法是：adjust 或 requote。adjust是价格调整的意思，requtoe是重新定价的意思。2)价格变动，国内的译法一般直接想到more than或less than；但国外会使用floate up/down，意思是价格浮动。The product is quoted according to its net weight as per drawing request. When real net weight is 3% heavier, quotation should be adjusted accordingly.说明：1)我对段文字进行翻译的时候只是参考了意思，没有一字一句地翻译。因为一看就明白，现在笔者在跟客户谈重量与报价的问题，所以只要第一次提到weight这个词，此后的就不必再老是提了，否则会显得很啰嗦。2)一般说到重量的时候，最好用heavy， 不要用more.我是做外贸的，希望建议能帮到忙！
