半年了英文

half a year 或者是a half year或者用连字符，即half-year是形容词，表示半年的如：经过半年的英语学习After a half-year study of English

semi-year不过我觉得一般不像咱们的习惯说半年，英语一般都说6个月。

应该是half a year
