My father took me out fishing today. At the beginning, we spent a long time waiting there but there was no fish. I was very impatient and didn't want to stay there. I wanted to come home. Father said to me, "Don't give up everything easily. We should keep on trying hard".5. I went to the People's Park with my family today. We had picnic in the park. My mother and grandparents were preparing food, father was playing badminton with his friend while I was reading under a tree.6. Mingming came to my house today. We spent some time playing computer games. We played basketball game online. I chose NBA and Mingming had to take CBA. Of course, I won finally. We had a good time.7. I went to visit one of our teachers with some of my classmates this morning. Miss Jones is our English teacher and she likes all the classmates. She tried so hard to help us to improve our English. There are so many such small things in life but some of us just take it for granted. We might not be able to do the same to our parents, however, we should study hard to repay them. Love from parents is really priceless.13. 《The First Time to...》I will never forget my first time to Shanghai.I went to Shanghai with my parents 10 years ago. At that time, many places in China were not as beautiful as they are today. When we first arrive at Shanghai, I was amazed. There are so many tall buildings in the city. The streets were wide and the traffic was always busy. What's more, there were so many foreigners everywhere. I have seen in the films things like that. It made me think of New York at once. We went to many interesting places there and we had a great time.14. 《My English Learning》I started learning English when I was at primary school. I was very interested at the beginning as it was completely different from our own language. However, the more I learned, the more difficult I felt and when I was in secondary school, I started to hate it. I nearly wanted to give up. My English teacher came to me when she found out my problem. She gave me extra help. She noticed that my pronunciation was great and she appointed me to lead the morning reading. Bit by bit, I became confident in English learning again and my english has been improved greatly.I now know, as long as we don't give up, we will be able to achieve our goal by trying hard.15. I will never forget the life when I was young and spent my holidays with my grandparents.Every year in my summer holiday, I went to live with my grandparents Shanghai. After I finished my homework, I spent most of my free time with my friends there. We went to the park to catch dragonflies and went fishing. We sometimes fought against each other because we had different opinions but we always made up and became friendly again. We really had wonderful time at that time.
