很值得一看。图片很美，翻译很美。 故事很西式，女主角是一个无所畏惧的善良的小女孩，整个系列的开头都是这个。讲的是圣诞前夜，大家都很冷，躺床上，就玛德琳一个人不怕冷为大家做饭，打扫。 中间有一个地毯商来推销地毯，她买下了全部地毯，但是地毯商人冷坏了，玛德琳救了他，地毯商人把地毯变作魔毯，把托儿所的小朋友在圣诞前夜都送到了她们的家人旁边团聚。 故事没有什么很精美的修辞，就是非常简单的让人觉得很美，很爱玛德琳这个小朋友。英语版本也朗朗上口，同时也是一个英语启蒙的超级好的绘本。
