emotion是情绪化了，不开心了。
“emo”来自英文单词“emotion”，原意是情绪和情感，现已成为网络流行语，指一个人情绪上来了，一般都是些负面情绪，可以理解为“我颓废了”“我抑郁了”“我傻了”“我非主流了”。
来源
Emo的根基是由Husker Du的1984年的里程碑专辑Zen Arcade所奠定，它的奠基之作是乐队1在这张专辑里，硬核风格内被融入了更多的个人情感，歌曲也被写得更加旋律化，更需要技巧。
这使得当时的Hardcore乐队从此可以涉及更为私密的个人主题和写出更和谐并技术苛求的歌曲。Emo出现于华盛顿特区（Washington D.C），就在产生Minor Threat和Bad Brains乐队的Hardcore音乐运动残留不久之后。
