1、蒸鱼steamed fish

Fish, especially steamed fish, is a staple at a New Year's Eve dinner in China. In Chinese, the word'fish'sounds like'surplus'.So, if you eat fish, it is thought you are expecting a fruitful and wealthy year.

鱼,特别是蒸鱼,是年夜饭中必不可少的一道主菜。汉语里的“鱼”字与“余”字同音。所以,人们认为吃鱼能让你在一年里收获满满,财运亨通。

2、春卷spring rolls

Spring rolls are traditionally eaten during the Spring Festival.The ingredicnts are wrapped inside

a cylindrical dough skin. Spring rolls are light, crispy, and crunchy, making the man ideal snack at a heavy dinner.

按照传统习俗,人们在春节期间吃春卷。春卷的馅料包在圆柱体的外皮内。这道菜清香焦脆,在一顿丰盛的晚餐中,有了这道小吃、再理想不过了。

5、年糕New Year's rice cake

The New Year's rice cake, or simply rice cake,is a classic food eaten throughout the Spring Festival holiday.

年糕是整个春节期间都会被享用的经典食物。

In different regions, people might cook the rice cakes using different methods - some steam,deep-fry and coat them with sugar, while

others boil or stir-fry them with sweet or savoury seasonings.

一、在中国,英语是外语,不是二语,不可习得。

在中国,很多人忽视了英语是一门外语,而不是第二语言,是英语学习效率低下的一个重要客观原因。

那么,第二语言与外语究竟有什么区别?它们是同一概念不同风格的用语,还是两个不同的概念?它对英语教学的效果会产生怎样的作用?

其实,我们知道,second 1anguage与first language相对,而foreign 1anguage和non-native language是与mother tongue和native 1anguage相对的。

first language和mother tongue和native 1anguage的共同特点是:(1)最早习得的语言,常常是在家庭环境中习;(2)熟练程度高。语言直觉强。

second language,foreign language和non-native language的共同特点是:(1)是一种双语现象;(2)在掌握的时间顺序上次于第一语言;(3)熟练程度一般不如第一语言;(4)习得方式一般是学校教育、家庭教育或自学。
