材料：4开或2开素描纸铅笔黑色水笔水彩笔彩色铅笔橡皮等做法：（1）在4开或2开的素描纸四边画出大约0.5M距离的外框，这样会显得手抄报整洁规范。（2）一般选择将标题写在右上角，用长方形或规范的图形围起来，旁边可以画个小图案，写好本报的所有材料标题，作为导读的作用。(3)将自己要写的英语材料分成几块写在纸上，用一些好看的自己喜欢的图形围起来，在旁边空余地方还可画一些卡通图案或者粘贴一些可爱图案。（4）做完后再用橡皮擦去一遍，会使报纸更加清楚。（水彩笔水笔未干时不要擦，有彩色铅笔的地方擦也要注意）注：标题用彩色铅笔，水笔，水彩笔白描。在一些板块里还可以画一些漂浮物，像流星雨、爱心、水果、等可爱简单图案。
