1.四级翻译技巧：修饰后置例题：
?做秘书是一份非常复杂的需要组织、协调和沟通能力的工作。
Being a secretary is a very complex job which needs the ability to organize, coordinate and communicate.
分析：本句中“非常复杂的需要组织、协调和沟通能力”是修饰工作的，所以修饰部分放在后面用which引导定语从句。同学们在备考时也要注意，不要逐字翻译进行单词的罗列，一定注意句式分开层次。
2.四级翻译技巧：
插入语插入语一般对一句话作一些附加的说明。它是中学英语语法的重点，也是高考的考点。通常与句中 其它 部分没有语法上的联系，将它删掉之后， 句子 结构仍然完整。插入语在句中有时是对一句话的一些附加解释、说明或总结;有时表达说话者的态度和看法;有时起强调的作用;有时是为了引起对方的注意;还可以起转移话题或说明事由的作用;也可以承上启下，使句子衔接得更紧密一些。

无主句的翻译无主句是现代汉语语法的术语，是非主谓句的一种，是指根本没有主语的句子。在汉语里无主句比比皆是，但是在英语里一个句子是不可能没有主语的，下面我们看看这种句子怎么翻译。

?历代都有名匠、名品产生，形成了深厚的文化积淀。

分析：本句中是没有主语的，这就需要我们为句子补上主语。所以出现了“we”。

怎么准备英语四级考试
准备一：制定计划，按部就班
学习要有计划，对于英语四级考试，我们也应该有一个计划，把时间好好分配，严格按计划执行，在自己空闲时间来复习英语，会有事半功倍的效果。
准备二：词汇是基础
好好买一本四级词汇书，或者是网上查找四级单词，将它下载打印，每天抽时间背单词，还要找时间复习我们昨天背过的单词。
准备三：听力很重要
听力对于四级考试也是很重要的，在我们每天背单词的同时也要花个十几分钟听听英语朗文，或者听听以前四级考试的听力题目，培养感觉。
准备四：阅读理解，稳中求速
阅读理解占分值很高，我们平时可以做做这方面的阅读训练，按时间完成，严格要求自己，有些很好的阅读资料，可以在网上百度，或者去书店里买到的。阅读时间上也要求很高，不仅要答案正确，而且要把握好速度。
英语四级备考建议
究竟需不需要背单词?
就我个人的 经验 来看，单纯背单词对应试并没有太大的作用。因为高中生的词汇量理论上是足以应对大学英语四级。作为考生，我们要背的是常用词组搭配，一是为了在听力中能及时反应过来，二是在写作与翻译中会应用到大量的词组。
怎么训练听力?
听力的素材有很多，包括历年的真题、BBC、VOA、经济学家等。我的习惯是坚持每天听一套真题或者模拟题，并且尽量复述出它的主要内容，与此同时还会记下新词汇、新词组以及新习语。如果还有精力，会再听听BBC、VOA、经济学家等。因为2016年6月开始，听力中新增了讲座，所以托福、雅思中的听力也可以成为大学英语四级考试听力的练习素材。
怎么训练翻译?
四级翻译主要涉及中国文化常识、传统节日、名胜古迹以及一些时事。因此，平时要多积累此类英语词汇。此外，也要坚持每天训练真题或者模拟题，熟悉翻译的技巧，积累词汇。我训练翻译主要是在网上找题目( 英语学习 网站有很多，而且基本都是免费的，自己做一遍然后对一下答案。对完答案后，注意总结翻译技巧，比如倒装句，状语从句，还有记录一些我觉得比较常用的一些句型、词组搭配和词汇。
怎么训练写作?
实际上在备考四级的过程中我并没有练习很多的写作(不超过10篇)。因为四级 作文 是有结构的(这个你在写过两三篇之后就会有体会)。因此，提高写作的途径就是增加词汇量，这一点在翻译中就可以得到很好的训练。所以，我备考六级重点实在翻译和听力。基本上把这两块搞定，四级上600分就不难了。
