chase dream，有一个很出名的办留学的网站就叫chasedream.pursue是一个表示广泛追求意思的词，当然可以表示追求异性,longman字典上的解释就是to keep trying to persuade someone to have a relationship with you.

你是男的话，就用female friend你是女的话，就用male friend

区别一下：chase本指（动物)追逐、追捕（猎物），后引申为“追求目标”的“追求”；而pursue多指对事业、理想的追求。用前者表示“追求（异性）”稍带贬义， 在这一点上与pursue的含义相同。贴出《朗文当代英语字典》上的解释：1 Chase to keep trying to persuade someone to have a relationship with you I was pleased, but somewhat embarrassed, when she pursued me.2 【ROMANCE】 [T]to try hard to make someone notice you and pay attention to you, because you want to have a romantic relationship with them 'Sometimes a girl wants to be chased,' Amelia said.”追逐梦想”的说法个人感觉涌pursue好一些，因为chase在表达类似含义的时候时带贬义，而且含义较pursue复杂——尚有“雕刻, 在...上镶嵌宝石（及物）”、“[建] 雕镂”等含义。另外，个人认为seek one's dream也可。而“追求（异性）”还可说“make advances to (esp a woman)/run after (a girl etc.)”。
