第一篇已经写了 现在我就给你补充后面两个 写得不好的地方见谅啊 Companies should not judge the job applicants only by their educational certificates?As it's known to us all,nowadays many companies only keep an eye on educational certificates when choosing their employees .That is to say ,they sufficiently believe that applicants' abilities only revevant to their diplomas,which caused widely confusion.First of all,wo should not deny that good universities can bring up qualified employees,because they have more opportunities to get access to some top equipments that allows them to do the practise which may not be possible in the general colleges.This's just a comparision between top university and normal ones,not to metion the gap betwween educated ones and the drop-outs.But when taking people's experience into account,wo can see the drawback of this way.A lot of student with only poor college diplomas or even lower do things more skilled .The same case may also happend when it comes ti communication.It's hard to say whether judging the job applicants only by their educational certificates is good or not.But ,in my oppinion,to take in more talents ,companies must diversify their way.Is smorking that bad?In recent years ,many people turned their face on cigarettes,which is totally a threat to health in their eyes.But smokers do still exist in many courntries.So it's necessary to pay some attetion to the question:is smoking that bad?Many people hate it when some one else smoking near them,they can not bear the smog.It;s true that the smog is harmful to our bodies.what's more ,long time smoking does great harm to people's lungs,the damege can be clearly seen from the smokers' teeth.In these occasions,smoking is bad .But why people smoke ?When they are troubled by their headaches,they need a cigarette to bring them relief.Some contents in the cigarette,can make one more clear-headed which dose great help when we are dimmed.Each coin has two sides,cigarettes canbring both harm and benifits.My suggustion is smoking when there's no other choice.
