Afterwards I went to school and got to live in town.Years later I went back to my grandparents' place and found the heaven was gone, leaving only waste water, dry leaves and a olid smell. Human being owe the nature too many.We should try to do something for the environment which is being destroyed. So I make up my mind that I will dedicate myself to the commonweal, try my best to protect the environment from destroying.

rice flour - after farmers harvest the rice, they put the rice in a mill and crush it into very tiny bits.It is white, soft powder. So we call it rice flour. rice noodle - It is made of rice flour, just like noodle of flour. We mix the rice flour with water, and make it into a tiny, long and round shape. Then we put it in water steam until it gets semi-transparent.When we are going to eat the rice noodle,we only need to prepare a bowl of soup, put rice noodle inside and boil it for a while. It is very delicious. 第一篇 Cooking Instructions for Rice Noodles Rice noodles are a staple for many Eastern menus and are a versatile addition to your everyday menu.Learning to cook rice noodles may have a little bit of a learning curve, but once you know the steps, you'll be able to add them to many of your favorite dishes.Take special care in the preparation of rice noodles and you'll have a no fail,go-to recipe for noodles. Preparation You need to prepare the rice noodles before you begin to cook them. This is because rice noodles come dried and hardened in a package and need to be softened before you can add them to boiling water. You'll need to place the dried noodles in a bowl of water filled enough to completely cover the rice noodles.Let soak for at least 30 minutes. You want to noodles to soften and also to release some of their starchiness so that you don't end up with sticky noodles. Cooking Cooking rice noodles is fairly easy, but if you don't do it right, you could end up with sticky or mushy noodles. Some noodle packages may say you only need to submerge them in water and don't say anything about boiling them, but boiling them will give you the soft, glossy rice noodles that you want.Bring a pot of water to boil and then turn the heat off; use a strainer to submerge serving-size portions of rice noodles into the boiled water.Hold them in there for around 30 seconds before pulling out, rinsing briefly with cold water.Place the cooked noodles on a serving plate, stir them up and then submerge another serving size into the boiled water until you have enough for everyone. Serving You can use rice noodles in a variety of dishes.Pad thai is probably the most popular way to serve rice noodles, with a peanut and chili pepper sauce. However, you may fry them with vegetables or use them as a noodle in a spicy soup.See Resources for more rice noodle recipes and serving ideas. 第二篇 How to Prepare Rice Noodles Rice noodles are made from rice flour and water. When cooked, the transparent noodles take on a slightly chewy texture. The noodles are used in a variety of Asian dishes, including pad Thai, pad see ew,summer rolls, pho and a variety of other noodle soups. The noodles are packaged dry and require only a quick soaking to for preparation. Step 1: Boil enough water to cover the amount of rice noodles you're intending to prepare.A larger pot can be used for a higher yield of noodles if desired. Step 2: Turn the stove-top burner off once the water has boiled and add the rice noodles to the water. Step 3: Stir constantly with a fork or spoon until the noodles have achieved an al dente consistency (3 to 7 minutes). This is important because if you're adding the noodles to a recipe that requires more cooking (soup or stir-fry),overcooking of the rice noodles will make them mushy in the recipe.Drain the water and then run the noodles under a cool water rinse. Step 4: Soak the rice noodles in room temperature water if a quicker method such as boiling water is not required for the intended recipe.Immerse the noodles in enough water to cover them completely and let them stand for an hour before stirring.A firm, but flexible consistency of the rice noodle will result. Step 5: Add the noodles (no matter what preparation procedure used) to the recipe right away if desired or prepare to store the noodles. Step 6: Place the noodles in a food storage back once cooled (if applicable).Add a couple of tablespoons of water to the bag,or more if more noodles are used, and then close the food storage bag and fluff the noodles inside the bag.Sealing the bag tightly or compacting the noodles in the bag will create a pasty and clumpy noodle when ready to use.Store the sealed bag of rice noodles in the refrigerator for up to two days before adding to the intended recipe.

可以进外企啊,广州那边日语就业很不错的,也可以做老师,当翻译。。。其实语言就是一个工具,我觉得最好是还能再学点专业性很强的东西,然后再加上你的外语知识就很好了。
