优先动词英语

priority的动词形式是prioritize，读音是/praɪˈɒrətaɪz/，意思是”按重要性排列;优先处理;划分优先顺序“。

prioritize的用法：

1、The organization was formed to prioritize the needs of older people.

2、You should make a list of all the jobs you have to do and prioritize them.

prefer to 与prefer than的区别为：

一、指代不同

1、prefer to：宁愿。

2、prefer than：优先于。

二、侧重点不同

1、prefer to：prefer…to…之后接动词时，均用-ing形式。

2、prefer than：之后接动词时，均要用动词原形。

三、引证用法不同

1、prefer to：prefer也可作“提出”解，多指提出声明、请求、控诉等，常与介词against连用，是正式用语。

2、prefer than：prefer的基本意思是“较喜欢，更喜欢”，多指在两个或两个以上的选项中优先选择其中的一项，多用于“prefer...to...”或“prefer...rather than”结构，相当于like better 或place before the others，因此不能用more或most来修饰它。
