这个话题说起来内容就多了，你可以去百度文库里头输入“酒店前台英语”，我刚刚查了有一个文档挺全面的，包括了待客英语、招呼用语、电话用语、柜台服务等内容，而且用语相对较简单的，应该对你有帮助。因为内容太多不能在这里全部复制给你，不过我把链接地址复制过来了，你可以看一下，仅是浏览不需要登录，如果你看了觉得有用想下载的话需要注册，很简单的，跟着提示操作就好了
