This paper mainly through the structure and properties of nano-titanium dioxide introduction leads to their application, especially in the environmental purification applications. Nano-titanium dioxide is a new environmental purification materials, a plate of iron ore, three crystal anatase and rutile structure, with good photocatalytic and hydrophilic properties, which is its application in environmental purification basis, mainly for purification of water, air and sterilization, while also doing architectural coatings. This article focuses on its application in wastewater treatment, there is treatment of dye wastewater, agricultural wastewater treatment and disposal of wastewater containing surfactants, oily wastewater treatment and paper industry wastewater. Preparation methods are: sol - gel method, chemical vapor deposition, vapor phase titanium alkoxide hydrolysis precipitation method in which the liquid phase and the liquid phase precipitation method also includes direct precipitation method, homogeneous precipitation and coprecipitation.

论文投稿时，摘要直接影响编辑的判断，决定在论文稿件的命运，进一步送审还是直接拒稿。编辑直接看摘要就能知道文章是否符合期刊标准。
此外，摘要内容一般情况数据库免费提供，更多的读者能够触及。现代科技文献信息浩如烟海，读者检索到论文题名后是否会阅读全文，主要就是通过阅读标题和摘要来判断。论文标题+摘要担负着吸引读者和将主要内容传递给读者的任务。如果同行不想看你的论文，你论文就不会被同行引用。这样你的论文就没有影响力。
