正式的拘谨的英语

两者的意思是一样的，都是我能....吗？一般我们认为两种用法是可以通用的，只是在语气上有一些差别。May I 相对更委婉和温柔一些，更礼貌一些！但并不是说Can I就不礼貌了，例如 Can I help you?

用 may I ？还是 can I ？
