我觉得高考英语听力听当年的就可以~10年的期限太大了，英语有许多变动~英语听力听当年的就可以了。有给高考读听力的人（DEBBE）出的练习册（蓝皮的）。听力光听是不行的，在听完后一定要看听力原文，看提问的方式和答题方式，总结出规律。还有，拿到听力题后一定要快速浏览题干和题支，对题有整体的把握和认知，方便对听力内容的更好理解
